Halloween Pack Meeting 2019

Another fun-filled event is in the books with our yearly Halloween pack meeting! This one is especially exciting because the scouts wear their Halloween costumes, participate in a rotation of carnival games, and then it's all topped off with the perennial favorite: tug of war!
